Solutions that make beautiful communities even more admirable
The Windstone Community is located on the beautiful rolling hills between Ooltewah, Tennesssee, and Ringgold Georgia. A community of homes and a golf course lie on the state line and bring a decent amount of tourism to the area. This is where we landed a residential job with a woman named Tony. An interior and exterior paint job were expected within three weeks, and regardless of the setbacks, the crew finished the job in a satisfactory amount of time. The scope of work for Tony’s mini-mansion included a full exterior paint job, most of the interior to be painted, pressure washing, carpentry work, and other miscellaneous tasks. Picture is of pressure washing project on one of the decks: Interior shots of where an outdated wallpaper border was torn down, mudded over, and repainted: A big set-back that our employees ran into was that some of her siding had rotted on her house. This lead to more repair. Our employees took the time to confront the issue before continuing with the paint job. A fence around the rear portion of the home was to be stained. It came to our attention that the gate was unlevel. Our employees took the gate apart, replaced a post, and reset the hinges and locks. The gate looked and operated at its full potential by the time our crew was done with it. The picture is as the gate and fence is in progress. Notice how the slope of the landscape could easily cause an issue. Finding solutions to problems, and following through, are qualities that give Tim Payne Painting its above par reputation. We plan to continue to please our customers through attention to detail, and exceeding expectations. We express gratitude for all job opportunities.
