Painting Around Your Needs

We understand that the painting process can be inconvenient and affect your day-to-day business. That’s why we do our best to minimize the stresses of the project. You can expect that we will be on time and on budget, completing the project by the determined deadline. We promise that your project will be our priority and that we will not move to another job until yours is complete. You can expect that we will adjust our schedules and hours to better accommodate you. We offer second- and third-shift painting, or can complete the project in a series of phases if that better meets your needs. When hiring Tim Payne Painters, you are hiring trained, professional painters.

Are you licensed and insured?

Not only do we have the appropriate city and county permits, but we are a state certified prime contractor. This certification allows us to operate as a contractor, not as a sub-contractor. General liability and workers' compensation are also covered through our insurance.

Are you able to adjust schedules to accommodate my needs?

We work around your schedule to make the process as painless as possible. We offer second- and third-shift painting, or can complete the project in a series of phases.

Are you able to adjust crew sizes?

We are able to adjust the number of crew members present based on the requirements of the project. No matter the team size, there is always a crew leader present.

Are you certified to remove lead-based paints?

We are certified by the EPA’s Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule. This rule requires that we have been trained by EPA-approved training providers and follow lead-safe work practices.

Are your employees properly screened to work in various environments?

Our employees go through a rigorous screening process that includes background checks, screening of the national sex offender registry, and employee eligibility to work. We are also a certified drug-free workplace.

How do you ensure that my project stays on schedule?

We have pre-project meetings to discuss the scope of work and project meetings to ensure everything is to standard and on schedule.
