• Drug-free
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to brush and roll (spraying abilities not mandatory, but appreciated)
• Have your own set of basic hand tools (5-in-1, razor knife, brushes, etc.)
• Reliable transportation

• No gossip or slanderous behavoir
• Have a cell phone number and e-mail address that you check regularly

• Can you cut-in a straight line, quickly, without a mess?
• Can you roll with an 18” roller?
• Can you roll with a Whizz roller and 9” roller?
• Can you set up and use a sprayer?
• Do you own basic hand tools (5-in-1, razor knife, screwdriver, etc.)?
• Do you own, or will you buy brushes on a regular basis?
• Can you climb, lift, squat, bend, kneel, and carry, etc. without trouble?
